Steel scrap rails 88B, 28C needed, 50 000 mt monthly

We need to buy crap steel rails on a monthly basis.
Tariff number HS 73021090 (rails iron steel)
Conditions: ISRI Guideline Ferrous Scrap FS-2022 (ISRI Code 88B & 28C
Steel grade: carbon steel.
Cropped length between 2 ft - 5 ft.
We would like to start with a test purchase of 3,000.
If the supply is satisfactory, we will order 50,000 MT monthly during the contract of a year with the option to extend (up to five years)
Annual total 180,000 MT, contract total 900,000 MT
