Requesting Non-LME Registered Copper Cathodes

I have a request from buyer to:
COMMODITY: Non-LME Registered Copper Cathodes. Grade A with 99.99% Cu content.
PRICE PER METRIC TON: LME minus sixteen (16) %.
PERIOD OF SHIPMENT: 12 (Twelve) months with possibility for rolles and exit.
CONTRACT QUANTITY: Five thousand (5000) MT ( -5%) per month confirmed quantity with
possibility to enlarge.
TRIAL SHIPMENT: Up to twenty thousand (20000) MT ( -5%).
PER SHIPMENT REQUIRED: Five thousand (5000) MT ( -5%) confirmed quantity.
SHIPMENT METHOD: Aluminium banded on wooden pallets shipped in containers or other
accepted.
PLACE OF DESTINATION: CHINA
INSPECTION AGENCY: SGS OR EQUIVALENT
PRICE/TYPE OF CONTRACT: CIF CHINA
METHOD OF PAYMENT: TO BE DISCUSSED AT THE MEETING
We required 2% for intermediates.
