Need copper cathodes, 500 mt trial to USA

We are interested in copper cathodes purchase. Non registered with DLC non transferable, payable against SGS or similar at destination.
Trial order: 3,000mt - 5,000mt and 20,000mt x 12 months, with possible extension to 36 months.
Will need last perfomance proof of shipment after our POF.
Now we require to know name of last country you delivered Cu cathodes and name of inspection company which certificated Q&Q at destination
