Have buyers for used Rail stock

I have buyers for used Rail stock. It is advised that the seller sends a partially sanitized Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) which the buyer should respond to. In return the buyer submits his Letter of Intent (LOI) with details of what he wants, how he wants it and his address / location. This is best way to fast track the deal. Regards, Martins
