Used rails R 50, R 65 purchase to USA

We are the buyer of used rails R50 and R65.
Product origin must be from non-sanctioned countries and also cannot be repapered to change origin.
We normally start the process always with a counterparty due diligence, stock verification (ie it’s really yours and your a title holder), and we may request references as well.
