Supplying copper cathodes 125 kg, from Zambia

We are interested in sourcing copper cathodes on a trial basis of 100 MT, with the potential for monthly orders of 500 MT.

Commodity: Copper Cathodes, minimum purity 99.99%. Class A, dimensions: 914 mm x 914 mm x 12 mm, weight of each sheet: 125 kg. No radiation. Origin disclosed by the seller. Quantity: 10 x 20 ft containers as a trial shipment /- 5% confirmed quantity, with an extension option of 1000 mt x 12 monthly deliveries, one-year contract upon successful completion of the trial shipment. Price: LME minus 25%, CIF destination port Hamburg, Germany. Loading/Discharge port: specified by the seller. Inspection: BIVAC/Veritas or SGS at loading and destination ports. Required payment documents: Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and other contractually stipulated documents. Delivery terms: CIF Hamburg port, Germany. Payment method: Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC). Standard procedure: 1. Buyer issues the Letter of Intent (LOI). 2. Seller accepts and provides the Full Corporate Offer (FCO) to the buyer. 3. Upon acceptance of the FCO, the seller sends a draft of the Sales Purchase Agreement. 4. After amendments and acceptance of the contract, the buyer signs and sends it back for counter-signing by the seller (electronically signed copies are acceptable). 5. Within 10 banking days, the seller sends the Proof of Product (POP) to the buyer. 6. Within 10 banking days of receiving and accepting the POP, the buyer's bank issues an operative Bank Instrument (DLC) to the seller's bank. 7. Within 5 banking days of DLC acceptance, the seller's bank issues a 2% Performance Bond (PBG) to the buyer's bank. 8. Shipment commences. 9. DLC payment against commercial and shipping documents after inspection at the destination port via MT 103. 10. If payment by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) against documents after inspection at the destination port is not accepted, the buyer requests a performance guarantee.
