1. Purchase option of 8,000 tons scrap metal from machine demolition at wholesale price. Most of the scrap metal is steel. We estimate about 1,5% of copper. The scrap will be separated.

2. Form of payment to determine. There is a possibility of a letter of credit.

3. Ability to start deliveries: immediately.

4. Container delivery to a selected port in the world. Pickup from the port by the buyer.
