Offering copper cathodes 99.9 %, 10000 monthly, CIF

I am inquiring about the supply of copper cathodes with a purity of 99.9%. The suggested payment terms would involve either Letter of Credit (L/C) or Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC).

Please provide a Seller's Corporate Offer (SCO) for the supply of copper cathodes. The delivery term required is Free Carrier (FCA) to Bonded Warehouse, with full inspection and payment upon completion. We are not considering Free on Board (FOB), Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF) terms, and prefer to avoid Chinese suppliers, COSCO, and CCIC inspection services.

We are interested in purchasing Copper Cathodes Grade A. Payment terms required by our buyers include 100% LC, DLC, or SBLC, confirmed by a top bank, with payment to be made at the destination following a successful Q&Q test by SGS or another authorized institution. Our Chinese buyer is in need of 12 x 20,000 metric tons with the possibility of an extension. The trial order should range between 3000-5000mt, CIF SHANGHAI CHINA, facilitated through COSCO/PGS/Steinweg Bonded Warehouse in Zambia/Tanzania/South Africa.
