Administrative Fee    1% as total for the NOC under the Buyer's License, Exporting Permission, Legal Documents, and Commercial Invoice Approved by the Chamber of Commerce, and the other Administrative Documents listed in the SPA .    
Payment    -Irrevocable , Revolving, Transferable, DLC MT700 or Non-Transferable SBI -Payments have to be deducted and processed from the SBLC or DLC per Shipment verified from the central bank which has to be finalised Upon submitting the SGS Inspection Report, Insurance Certificate, and BOL under the Buyer's Name (At Sight / Seller Port).    _C
