Inspection and administrative cost: By SGS or any approved agency at customs department.

Payment Terms : Bank to Bank Transfer TT 40% T/T Deposit against

PROFORMA INVOICE for local charges to pay for the tax, to mobilize the goods from stock yards to loading port, Booking Order, Reservation, International Inspection fee, Insurance Fee, Booking of Container, Loading Fee, Port Handling Fee and Booking of Space in the Vessel, 30% T/T upon Full Shipping Documents and 30% balance after confirmation of the consignment at the Destination Port. Documents To Be Provide immediately after shipment:

1. Full set (3/3) of original 'Clean On-Board' Bills of Lading made out 'to order and marked "Freight Prepaid", name of the carrying vessel. The bill of Lading issued by a Prime vessel verifiable carrier. Manifest issued bySea vessel carrier. A switch BL shall be provided by the Seller.

2. Commercial invoice issued by seller: 3 originals and 3 original copies showing Contract Number, B/L number, name of the carrying vessel, description of goods, unit price, total amount, gross/net weights of the goods. Insurance certificate covering min of 110% of the cargo value Packing list with gross/net weights of the goods.

5. Certificate of origin issued by Chamber of Commerce / Seller Standard Quality Certificate that the shipment meets the quality requirements of the Contract. Shipping Company certificate weight slip. Export Permit Certificate and Export License Certificate of ownership

10. Copy of the port storage.
