Buying UBC aluminum scrap, 200 MT per month, FOB term

I would like to buy UBC aluminum scrap (used beverage containers). Grades: 98/2 and 95/5
Quantity: 200 MT per month.
Term: FOB.
Specifications: The seller must provide the certified specifications detailed below.
- Inspection: By an internationally recognized expert, appointed by the buyer at the port of loading.
- Bales must be secured with a minimum of 8 straps.
- Adequate space must be provided for forklift handling.
- Package weight: 250–300 kg
Material compliance:
- All material must be clean and free of toxic chemicals, gas cylinders, firearms, ammunition, mines, projectiles, cartridges, radioactive substances, or any explosive material in any form (used or unused).
