Buying nickel NP1, 8 kg monthly, 1 kg trial

I would like to purchase nickel NP1 monthly.
Trial: 1 kg of NP1. 
Quantity needed: 8 kg monthly for 12 months with R&E.
A DLC would be provided for the contract, procedures to be agreed upon and SGS or equivalent for Q&Q before purchasing each tranche.
